We do not collect payment details or passwords, and we do not carry out advertising profiling.

4. Minimum age
Go Now is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If we find that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and their data.
5. Third parties with access to data
Go Now uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

We do not sell or hand over your data to any third party for commercial purposes.
6. Data retention

7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the following rights:
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to admin@plan365.es or by using the "Delete my account" option in the app under Profile → Settings.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es
8. Data security
We apply the following technical and organisational measures:
- Encrypted communications over HTTPS/TLS on all endpoints
- Unique session tokens per device, expiring after 30 days
- Database passwords are not stored in the app
- Server access restricted by individual FTP/SSH credentials
- Single-use one-time codes that expire after 10 minutes
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The Go Now mobile app does not use cookies. Authentication is handled with Bearer tokens stored securely on the device (encrypted SharedPreferences on Android).
This website may use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work properly. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or in the law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are substantial, we will let you know through the app.
