Go Now — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Go Now mobile app and the related services available at plan365.es. By signing up for and using Go Now, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What is Go Now?

Go Now is a platform that lets users post and join short, spontaneous plans (3 hours at most) in their immediate area. Its purpose is to help people who want to do something right away meet up in person: grab a drink, take a walk, play something, and so on.

3. Minimum age

Use of Go Now is restricted to people aged 18 or over. By signing up, you declare that you are at least that age. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account immediately.

4. Sign-up and account

To use Go Now you must sign up with a phone number verified by SMS (one-time code). By signing up, you agree to:

• Provide a real phone number that belongs to you.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate anyone else and is not offensive.
• Keep your session confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Not create more than one account per person.

Each session is valid for 30 days. After that, you will need to verify your phone again.

5. Rules of use and conduct

When using Go Now, you agree not to:

• Post plans with a sexual, discriminatory, violent or illegal purpose.
• Harass, insult or threaten other users through the chat or any other feature.
• Post other people's personal information without their consent.
• Use the app for commercial activities, spam or data harvesting.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Manipulate or fake your GPS location to mislead other users.
• Attempt to access, modify or damage Go Now's systems.
• Post content that infringes third parties' intellectual property rights.

6. Plans: expiry and responsibility

Plans posted on Go Now last at most 1, 2 or 3 hours from when they are created, after which they expire automatically.

Go Now acts solely as a platform that connects people. We are not responsible for:

• Users' behaviour during or after a plan.
• The accuracy of the content of published plans.
• Any physical, material or non-material harm arising from a meet-up arranged through the app.
• Other participants cancelling or not turning up.

Users meet voluntarily and at their own risk. We recommend taking the same precautions as with any meeting with strangers.

7. Group chat

Each plan has a group chat available to all its participants, run on Firebase Firestore. Chat messages:

• Are visible to all participants in the plan.
• Are deleted automatically when the plan expires.
• Must not contain illegal or offensive content, spam, or sensitive personal data about third parties.

Go Now reserves the right to review messages reported by other users and to delete those that break these rules.

8. Use of location

Go Now needs access to your GPS location to show nearby plans and to put you on the map when you turn on "I'm free now". Location use:

• Is voluntary: you can use the app without turning on map visibility.
• Only shares your approximate position with other users while your status is on.
• Does not create a history of your movements. Your location is used in real time and is not stored persistently.

9. Push notifications

Go Now sends push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to tell you about nearby plans, new participants in your plans and relevant messages. You can turn notifications off at any time in your Android device settings.

10. Intellectual property

The Go Now brand, logo, app design and code are the property of Stefko Radilov. Reproducing, distributing or using them without express permission is prohibited.

User-generated content (plan names, chat messages) is the responsibility of whoever posts it. By posting it on Go Now, you grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it to other users within the platform.

11. Account suspension and deletion

Go Now may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Break these terms of use.
• Receive multiple reports from other users.
• Have been inactive for more than 12 months.

Users can delete their own account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is irreversible and erases all of the user's personal data within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

Go Now is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stefko Radilov shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. When we do, we will update the date at the top. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you in the app at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use Go Now after that period means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Lleida, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, unless consumer protection law requires a different mandatory jurisdiction.
